How do I place the order?

Can I order custom design furniture items?
Yes, you can place orders with your own designs. We will submit a quotation, and if you accept it, we will start processing your order.
How long will delivery take?
2 Days to 6 Weeks.
*This depends on several factors such as stock availability, distance to customer location, and so on.
What exactly happens after ordering?
After you click the order button, you will be connected to our agent through WhatsApp. Alternatively, you can call us using our hotline number. Once connected to an agent, they will provide you with a quotation. You can then place the order by making the advance payment.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
Yes, You will receive.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
We accept cash payments, direct bank transfers, and card payments including VISA, MasterCard, and American Express (AMEX).
If you add an item to your wish list, we will notify you if the item is restocked.
If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact us immediately. Our products are covered by a warranty, and we will assist you in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.
Yes, you can. However, if you cancel the order after submitting it, we will refund the advance payment for our inventory items. For custom designs, the advance payment is non-refundable. If you cancel the order after the item has been dispatched from the workshop, we will charge a delivery fee.
